Everyone has the right to a harassment-free work environment. During this course, participants will learn about the laws that protect them from sexual harassment, review the definition and types of sexual harassment, practice how to identify sexual harassment as it happens through the application of practical scenarios, and understand what to do if they are the target of sexual harassment. Elements specific to the healthcare setting will also be discussed.

2. Define and differentiate between different types of sexual harassment
3. Debunk common myths related to workplace sexual harassment
