Great physical therapists are leaders, but many don’t self-identify in this way. The term “leadership” often implies a significance that can seem intimidating or overwhelming. In reality, good leadership is the result of many “little things” that are straightforward to execute. I believe that you can lead from any level. In this course, we will explore how to lead at various stages of your career, and what it means to lead in the physical therapy profession now. During our time together, we will discuss the foundational building blocks from which all good clinicians lead, reveal leadership tips and insights from my 35+ years in the profession, and demonstrate how our individual and collective success relies upon our ability to lead.
