1. Introduction
In Chapter 1, the course will introduce the instructor as he answers the question, what is the Eclectic Approach? The learners will learn how to transition from “adverse neural tension” to “neurodynamics,” cover a history of neurodynamics, and understand the basics of modern pain science.
2. Peripheral and Central Considerations
The online learners will understand the peripheral nervous system pathoanatomy, describe autoimmunity gastritis, and describe how the peripheral nervous system may sensitize the central nervous system.
3. Symptom Behavior
The online learners will be able to identify the signs and symptoms of neurodynamic dysfunction and understand when to suspect neurodynamic dysfunction.
4. Case Study
This chapter presents a case study that goes through an evaluation and treatment of a patient with a history of chronic pain. Susan, the patient, has right hip pain that moves from the hip up to the shoulder. This chapter will follow Dr. Religioso as he performs his evaluation, treatment and follow-up visit with Susan.
