1. Acute Hamstring Strain Injury (HSI)
In this chapter, you will learn all about acute hamstring injury. The APTA’s Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy has released a clinical practice guideline that covers risk factors, return to play criteria, and evidence-based interventions.
2. Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy (PHT)
In this chapter, we will cover proximal hamstring tendinopathy. The differences between PHT and HSI are quite apparent in diagnosis and treatment. You will understand why this is and how to best manage PHT.
