Chapters & learning objectives
1. Low Back/Core
In the first chapter of this course participants will learn to identify key anatomical landmarks in the lower back and core. Dr. Phil Page demonstrates how to properly apply kinesiology tape for muscle and joint support in the lower back and core.
2. Hip/Knee
Dr. Phil Page identifies key anatomical landmarks in the hip and knee. Participants will learn to properly apply kinesiology tape for muscle and joint support in the hip and knee.
3. Foot/Ankle
In the final chapter of this course, Dr. Phil Page identifies key anatomical landmarks in the foot and ankle. He then demonstrates how to properly apply kinesiology tape for muscle and joint support in the foot/ankle.
