Ashley Hendricks

Ashley Hendricks, OTR/L is a practicing Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Indiana. She has been certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). She is a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Tennessee and a member of the

American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Since 2012, she has worked at Life Care Centers of America at Hickory Woods (LCCAHW), Antioch, TN, which is a 128 bed, skilled nursing facility (SNF). Ms. Hendricks evaluates patients, develops treatment plans for geriatric patients, implements interventions to achieve short and long-term goals, completes home evaluations, and plans discharge for safe transitions. She supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants and serves as a Clinical Instructor for Level II students.
