Aubree Colorito

As a Client Executive, Aubree serves MedBridge’s largest clients to help them achieve their strategic goals and derive maximum value. Prior to MedBridge, Aubree led a team of clinical educators in home health and hospice as the Manager of Innovation & Onboarding. This role had dual responsibility for developing specialty programs to standardized best practices in clinical care as well as managing education throughout the employee lifecycle. Aubree is passionate about using her experience as a clinician to drive better outcomes for patients, while ensuring the process is optimal for clinicians delivering care. Her previous clinical experience includes home health, hospice, inpatient rehab, SNF, transitional care units, ICU, and acute care. Aubree also served as an instructor for the MedBridge course Telehealth: An Introduction to Virtual Care for Home Care Clinicians.
