Dawn Hohl

Dawn has been a nurse for over 30 years, with the majority being in the home care setting, serving as a home care nurse, liaison, customer service/contracts director, and administrator. As it relates to HH-CAHPS, she has been (and continues to be) involved in HH-CAHPS from an operational perspective, working with a large academic-based home health agency that voluntarily participated prior to the launch. She participated in a Technical Expert Panel that reviewed the initial Home Health Compare website and is a member of the NQF Patient Experience Committee. Dawn served as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, been affiliated with three local schools of nursing, and been on the Editorial Board for Home Health Care Nurse. In addition, she has published on patient satisfaction and transitions of care.
