Lauren Butler

Lauren Butler is a pediatric sports physical therapist at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and the supervisor of the Nicklaus Children’s Sports Health Center. She earned her doctor of physical therapy degree from Florida International University and is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy.

Lauren has extensive training and expertise in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rehabilitation and injury prevention and dance medicine. In addition to being a skilled clinician, Lauren also serves as a clinical researcher in the area of pediatric physical literacy and ACL injury prevention. Lauren previously served as the chair of the Pediatric Research in Sports Medicine (PRiSM) Society Injury Prevention Research Interest Group and is a member of the PRiSM Rehabilitation and Sports Specialization Research Interest Groups.
