Lindsey Vestal

Lindsey Vestal is an occupational therapist internationally known for her advocacy for occupational therapy’s role in pelvic health. She was the first OT to start a private practice specializing in pelvic health in New York City in 2014 and in Paris in 2019. Now her company, The Functional Pelvis, focuses solely on teaching OTs how to easily incorporate pelvic health concepts into their current practice.

Lindsey is the host of a weekly live show called OT Empower Hour on her Facebook group, OTs for Pelvic Health, which has more than 4,800 members. There are more than 150 replays available. She is also the host of a weekly podcast, OTs in Pelvic Health, empowering OTs with the path to having a successful and fulfilling career in pelvic health. Those who have taken her pelvic health courses adore her practical approach and tips that the everyday OT can implement for a functional biopsychosocial approach.

Lindsey is the author of a forthcoming case studies book about unique OT approaches in pelvic health. In addition, she presents regularly at state and national OT conferences.
