Lisa Juckett has served as a clinical instructor at The Ohio State University in the Occupational Therapy Division since 2011. She has extensive clinical experience in the inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings. Her position as an inpatient clinician led her to collaborate with researchers at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center to examine the effectiveness of static orthosis use for the post-stroke upper extremity. Ms. Juckett has provided numerous continuous education lectures and presentations at the local and national level for professional organizations such as The American Occupational Therapy Association, The Gerontological Society of America, and the Association for Gerontology in Higher Education. She also has served as the outcomes assessor for research related to post-stroke upper extremity interventions through the Better Rehabilitation and Assessment for Improved Neuro-Recovery (B.R.A.I.N.) laboratory at The Ohio State University under Dr. Stephen J. Page.

After developing an appreciation for hand therapy across all domains of practice, Ms. Juckett earned her Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential in 2016. She is currently pursuing her PhD at Ohio State with a focus in implementation science.
