Terry Greenhalgh

Terry Greenhalgh is a registered nurse certified in healthcare compliance, home healthcare compliance, ICD-10 coding, and OASIS review. During her more than 30 years of experience in home health, she has worked as the manager of a therapy group and been a field clinician, QAPI supervisor, director of nursing, compliance officer, and administrator.
She now works as a consultant specializing in audits/appeals, compliance, and education. She has been involved in audits of all types, including ADR, ZPIC, TPE, RAC, and SMRC. She has presented more than 100 appeals before administrative law judges.
Terry graduated from the University of Alberta School of Nursing and went on to employment in the neurosurgical ICU. She then spent three years working in the ICU in Saudi Arabia to fulfill her desire to see the world.
