Applications in the Science of Aging for the
Rehabilitation Professional

Presented by Mike Studer

Description

How is it that some people seem to age more slowly, live longer, or remain active later in life? Is it just luck? Are these individuals blessed with "good genes"? This course provides you with practical strategies that we can choose for ourselves to effect a change in healthspan across five categories of life: physical activity, sleep, nutrition, social connection, and the health benefits of extreme experiences.
