Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome: Surgical or Conservative Treatment

Description

There has been a twenty-five-fold increase in the number of hip arthroscopies performed between 2006 and 2013 primarily in response to improved diagnosis and treatment of femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS). With that said, new evidence is coming to light suggesting that conservative management
may be equally effective. This webinar will review current evidence regarding surgical versus conservative management of FAIS. We will also highlight evidence regarding current approaches to treating FAIS and discuss optimization of exercise prescription using an evidence-informed global-systems approach.
