We do not offer refunds for group subscriptions. Individual purchases are eligible for a refund if your request is received within 30 days of your subscription purchase and your account has no activity. Refunds will not be processed for accounts with any usage or activity.
Medbridge subscriptions are for one calendar year, renewing on the date of purchase. You will have access to all content, including new and updated materials, during the course of the year.
Our content library is available to browse and we offer the first chapter free for all courses. Other capabilities are not currently available to try before purchasing primarily due to privacy and data sharing regulations.
We currently offer 12-month subscriptions, paid in full at sign-up.
Yes, our HEP Essentials and Pro plans permit access to and storage of Protected Health Information (PHI). These plans are designed to be PHI-compliant, ensuring that patient information is secure and managed according to the HITRUST Common Security Framework. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included with the service agreement.

Absolutely. From your admin portal, you are able to add new seats or upgrade seats at any time.
Medbridge has a variety of plans to accommodate for the different roles in organizations, including the Non-Clinical and Student plans.
Medbridge courses are accredited for physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, certified athletic trainers, strength and conditioning specialists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, case managers, long-term care administrators, respiratory therapists, and social workers. You can find specific accreditation information in the course listings.
No. According to the Medbridge Terms of Use, accounts are unique to each user and may not be shared.
Yes! If you would like these team members to have full use of your organization’s Medbridge instance, you will need to purchase them a seat. Our support team can help you merge their course data. Please note—at this point in time, we are not able to merge any prior patient HEP data, and if they are outside of the refund policy, we will not be able to provide a credit back to their account.
Yes. You are able to easily manage seat assignment on the user page in your admin portal.
The level of implementation and support will be dependent on your selected plans, support package, and size of organization. If you are purchasing through our website, you will be guided through an easy account and organization set-up process after purchase. A self-service portal will be available for you to easily manage your plans, seat assignment, and billing information.
The Primary Account Contact will have access to our Admin Support team to assist with technical, how-to, and product usage questions from 6am to 5pm Pacific Time and all your Medbridge users have access to our Customer Support team from 6am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
