HHVBP: Preparing Your Agency for the New Claims and OASIS-Based Measures

There’s a lot to keep track of with the Home Health Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP) program—three new metrics are being added, while four metrics will be removed beginning in 2025. If that wasn’t enough, agencies will receive this year’s results, which will impact payment adjustments in 2026, and prepare for payment adjustments in 2025 based on their performance last year!
