Traditional models of care are struggling to keep pace with the growing number of patients requiring care for MSK conditions, with only ~20 percent of patients being referred to therapy, ~40 percent never seeking care, and the rest ending up in other service lines, creating capacity and cost issues in these more resource-intensive areas.1
