The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) has been endorsed by multiple governing bodies as best practice in texture modification for dysphagia. This course will provide education and resources on the IDDSI framework for clinicians treating the pediatric population. Attendees will gain knowledge on how to best implement and execute the framework, which will empower them to guide caregivers and workplace administration alike. Target audiences include speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, nurses, and registered dieticians. This course is applicable to all care settings.
