This course will teach participants when to and when not to issue an ABN to a Medicare beneficiary, how to correctly complete and issue an ABN, when they can collect funds from a Medicare beneficiary, and limitations of the ABN for Medicare beneficiaries who are enrolled in the Qualified Medicare Beneficiary Program.
