Hélène Thériault

Hélène brings more than two decades of experience in the medical field to her role as a master certified coach (MCC). Witnessing the toll of burnout firsthand, she discovered the power of the coach approach in her practice, benefiting both her patients’ recovery and her own well-being.

Drawing on her expertise in healthcare, adult education, and coaching, Hélène developed the transformative Dive Into a Coach Approach™ model and a microcredentialing journey tailored for healthcare professionals. This innovative approach empowers professionals to integrate coaching into their leadership and clinical roles, enhancing their interactions with clients and patients.

As a clinical instructor at the University of British Columbia and a holder of a master’s degree in adult education, Hélène is committed to creating impactful professional development programs. She’s a certified virtual trainer and certified instructional designer, ensuring that her programs facilitate lasting knowledge retention.

Hélène’s dedication to the coaching profession earned her recognition as the 2023 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Emerging Coach Educator. Since 2020, she has been at the forefront of shifting healthcare from the inside out, supporting healthcare professionals and leaders in adopting a coach approach to boost patient satisfaction, elevate clinical outcomes, and retain talented professionals in the field.

Outside of her healthcare endeavors, you can find Hélène enjoying the slopes with her husband and two children or engaging in beach volleyball in the many stunning locales of British Columbia.
