Lori Bonderson

Lori Bonderson holds a Master of Science from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Dakota. With more than two decades of diverse experience in quality, regulatory compliance, and leadership, her expertise focuses primarily on process and performance improvement methodologies, strategic program development, and healthcare leadership.

Her professional qualifications include extensive training in quality improvement methodologies. She is certified as a green belt in Lean process improvement. She is also a former instructor for the University of Minnesota, where she developed online courses for students in the Health Sciences Management and Applied Business divisions. Her current role is director of quality and compliance for the Avera Health System’s home care division, Avera@Home.
