Description

Speech-language pathology has a variety of voice therapy protocols that are evidence based and can be used to treat a wide range of voice and upper airway disorders. Finding up-to-date resources that describe these major techniques can be challenging, especially for those who do not primarily treat individuals
with voice disorders. This webinar will name and differentiate between voice therapy protocols. A demonstration of how to perform the voice therapy techniques in the clinician's voice will be included, as well as tips on how to describe and teach the techniques to patients and clients. We will highlight populations appropriate to use with the various protocols and differentiate appropriate protocol selection. Following the webinar, there will be a Q&A session with the instructors.
