In this series, participants will explore strategies for coaching for development. Leaders will often find more success in utilizing a coaching leadership style than authoritarian or other leadership styles. This series explores 1:1 meetings and annual performance reviews as well as strategies for negotiating feedback, including asking for feedback, and critical, or developmental feedback to team members. Since conflict can bring out strong emotions, use the first video to establish the right mindset before you go into a potential conflict situation.
